House Oversight releases deposition videos of 2 key Epstein associates

Jeffrey Epstein’s former attorney, Darren Indyke, and accountant, Richard Kahn, revealed to lawmakers that they were never questioned by federal authorities about their work for Epstein, despite their long association with him. They claimed they were unaware of Epstein’s criminal activities and described their roles as strictly professional. Both men managed Epstein’s finances, which included complex holding companies and large cash transactions, arguing these were necessary after Epstein’s 2008 guilty plea limited his credit access. They denied facilitating any illegal activities. Indyke and Kahn, who are co-executors of Epstein’s estate, were left millions by him and managed his significant annual expenses. This raises questions about the lack of scrutiny they faced and why they continued working for Epstein despite the allegations against him. QUESTION: Why do you think federal authorities did not question Indyke and Kahn about their work with Epstein, and how might this oversight impact public trust in the justice system?
