Wembanyama records fastest double-double in league history, fueling Spurs to 129-114 win over Bulls

Victor Wembanyama had an outstanding performance, scoring a season-high 41 points and grabbing 16 rebounds, as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Chicago Bulls 129-114. Wembanyama achieved the fastest double-double in NBA history, with 10 points and 10 rebounds in just over eight minutes. This victory marked the Spurs’ ninth consecutive win. Stephon Castle also contributed significantly with 21 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds. The Bulls, who have now lost four straight games, faced additional challenges after waiving Jaden Ivey for team-related issues. Despite an early lead, the Bulls couldn’t maintain their momentum against the Spurs’ strong performance. QUESTION: How might Victor Wembanyama’s record-breaking achievements inspire young athletes in their own sports journeys?
