Actress Tori Spelling hospitalized after Southern California crash

Actress Tori Spelling was involved in a two-car accident in Temecula, southern Riverside County, about 80 miles from Los Angeles, on Thursday evening. The crash occurred around 5:45 p.m. near Rancho California Road. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found both vehicles damaged upon arrival. Although no hospitalizations were initially reported, Spelling’s manager confirmed that she and her four children were taken to the hospital in three ambulances for injuries. The cause of the collision is still under investigation, and no arrests have been made. Tori Spelling is well-known for her roles in “Beverly Hills, 90210,” “Scary Movie 2,” and her reality show “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.” She is also recognized for her six memoirs, one of which became a New York Times bestseller. Spelling is the daughter of the late Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling and author Candy Spelling. QUESTION: How might public figures’ involvement in accidents influence public awareness and attitudes towards road safety?
