Lawyers for singer D4vd say he didn’t kill 14-year-old girl after his arrest

Singer D4vd, whose real name is David Burke, has been arrested on suspicion of murdering 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in his abandoned Tesla seven months ago. The Los Angeles police arrested the 21-year-old alt-pop singer, and his lawyers insist he is innocent, stating that evidence will prove he did not cause her death. The case will be reviewed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office to decide if charges should be filed. Burke’s family had previously objected to subpoenas in a Texas court related to the investigation. The decomposed body of Rivas Hernandez was discovered in a Tesla registered to Burke, with court documents revealing the body had been dismembered. The case has drawn significant attention due to the gruesome details and the involvement of a public figure. QUESTION: How might the involvement of a celebrity in a criminal case influence public perception and the legal process?
