Most serious cyberattacks against UK now from Russia, Iran and China

The U.K. is facing significant cyber threats from countries like Russia, Iran, and China, according to Richard Horne, head of the National Cyber Security Centre. In a speech, Horne will highlight the increasing risk of cyberattacks on British businesses, especially if the U.K. becomes involved in international conflicts. He notes that while criminal cyber activities like ransomware are common, the most severe threats come from state-sponsored attacks. Horne urges organizations to understand the risks and improve their defenses before it’s too late. QUESTION: How might the increasing threat of cyberattacks from other countries impact the way businesses operate in the future?
