Trump to eulogize Lindsey Graham at funeral in Washington today

President Trump is set to deliver the eulogy at the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham, with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expected to attend the service at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. Graham, a four-term senator known for his strong foreign policy stance and close ties to Trump, passed away on July 11 from an aortic dissection. He had recently returned from Ukraine, where he discussed new U.S. sanctions against Russia with Zelenskyy. The funeral will begin with a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol, honoring Graham’s Air Force service and Senate career. Senate Majority Leader John Thune praised Graham’s dedication to public service. Following the Washington service, a procession and funeral will take place in South Carolina, concluding with a private burial. Graham’s sister, Sen. Darline Graham, expressed gratitude for the tributes to her brother. QUESTION: How might Senator Graham’s legacy influence future U.S. foreign policy decisions, particularly regarding Russia and Ukraine?
