Family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez files lawsuit against singer D4vd

The family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez has filed a civil lawsuit against singer D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The lawsuit accuses him of wrongful death, sexual battery, and other serious charges following the discovery of Rivas Hernandez’s remains in a car registered to him. The suit also names his family members and business associates. D4vd, who was arrested and charged with murder, allegedly had a relationship with Rivas Hernandez when she was 13. D4vd has pleaded not guilty to the charges. QUESTION: How might the outcome of this case influence public perceptions of accountability in the entertainment industry?
